Bill Pay is Ready!!
Bill Pay is now available for our member's to use. Simply log in to your online access site and click the Bill Payment tab. You will then need to click the Enrollment tab to get your account set up. We must have an email address on file in order for the enrollment to be successful so please either enter your email online under "Your Preferenes" or contact the credit union. Once you are enrolled, click "Pay Bills" and you will be taken to the Checkfree site to enter in the merchant information. Sit back and enjoy the ability to pay your bills at anytime of the day!
Courtesy Pay
Courtesy Pay is now available for our member's to use. This service allows those that qualify an extra bit of overdraft protection on your checks, ACH transactions and everyday Debit Card transactions (if you Opt-In for coverage on the debit card). Reg E requires that anyone wanting overdraft protection on the debit card transactions must sign an Opt-In form. We must have this form on file in order for the coverage to be in effect. If you have any questions, please contact the credit union.
Facebook
We are in the process of setting up a Facebook page for the Credit Union. Like us on Facebook and you will be able to keep up to date on all that the Credit Union has to offer.
Debit Card Fraud
Unfortunately, it is the season for fraudsters to start up again. If you notice any fraudulant activity from your debit card please contact the Credit Union immediately or call the fraud department at 800-554-8969 to block the card. Please write a letter stating which transactions are fraudulant and sign it then bring this to the Credit Union. We will forward the letter to VISA for chargebacks on those items. If you have any questions please contact the Credit Union. Please remember during these holiday times and always, never give out any personal information unless you have initiated the transaction.
We also sell Illinois License Renewal Stickers so you don't have towait in the long lines at the license bureau! There is a $5 fee along with the cost of the sticker. You will need your renewal registration form and your insurance information.
